We know that reaching out for help can be the most difficult task of all. That's why we want to make sure that whatever your needs, you can make the connections with Cape Counseling. The Access Center is the overlapping central point of entry for services provided by Cape Counseling or other appropriate services provided in the Cape May area. One phone call is all it takes. The scope of services includes:
* 24 hour hot line coverage
* Clinical assessment, referral and linkage
* Consultation, training and technical assistance to other clinical staff
* Referral to appropriate outpatient programs, and community services.
* Referral to inpatient care if necessary.
* Telephone screening.

We annually serve over 5,000 families, Cape Counseling has been the leading provider of behavioral health services in Cape May County since 1979. Employing more then 240 full and part time staff members, Cape Counseling operates clinical programs at 12 different locations throughout the county.

Governed by a volunteer Board of Directors and committed to team building within its staff and networks and partnerships externally, Cape Counseling is adapting to changes in the healthcare industry.
